A storm-torn section of roof or a sudden active leak needs a tarp on it fast, not a callback tomorrow. That's exactly what our Emergency Roof Repair line is for.
An emergency roof call isn't the time for a voicemail loop. Our Emergency Roof Repair line connects to an actual dispatcher, day or night.
We also follow up after an emergency visit to confirm the permanent Emergency Roof Repair fix is scheduled and holding.
Emergency crews are held to the same credential standard as scheduled repair work.
Mobile units are pre-stocked so Mountain Rest crews don't waste time sourcing materials mid-emergency.
No inflated after-hours surprise fees sprung on you once the work is done.
Trucks carry tarps in multiple sizes to match whatever Mountain Rest property we're called to.
Emergency calls cover a specific range of urgent situations — here's what we handle under Emergency Roof Repair.
Tarps are secured properly, not just draped — a loose tarp fails in the next gust.
We clear debris safely before assessing the extent of the underlying roof damage.
Interior damage grows the longer a leak runs — our Emergency Roof Repair crews prioritize stopping it first.
We carry flashing material stock specifically for same-visit Emergency Roof Repair fixes.
We know a roof emergency doesn't check a clock before it happens.
We carry skylight-specific sealant and flashing material on emergency trucks for same-visit fixes.
A live dispatcher takes your address and the situation, then gets a crew moving.
Mobile units are already stocked for immediate tarping and stabilization work.
The crew assesses the damage, stops active water intrusion, and gives you a same-visit quote for the permanent fix.
We schedule the permanent fix immediately, not as an afterthought weeks later.
